without using the online facility, we will be more than happy to receive orders

Delivery Information Any special requirements will be charged
at the appropriate rate. The risk in the goods shall pass to the customer on
delivery or collection. Ownership of the goods shall remain with us until full
payment is received.
Delivery Time Stock items will be dispatched within 48 hours.
We endeavour to hold large enough stocks to cater for every eventuality.
However if an item is not in stock we will advise an anticipated delivery date.

faulty workmanship and materials. If, in the unlikely event you are not
satisfied with your purchase, please return the goods in their original
condition within 7 days of receipt. We will be happy to issue a refund.
We reserve the right not to issue refunds if, in our opinion the
jewellery has been worn. (other than for the purpose of trying on). Due to
contamination, if earrings have been tried on we can not offer refunds (other
than for clip fitting).
